Being a married couple with children seems to be essential to the "NORMALITY" and (fake) "The family is the foundation of our nation" rah rah rah of being elected President. What's a Hillary without a Bill (how about far better off. If only she had figured that out!)

WHO QUALIFIES TO BE A PARENT ?

How many children are brought into this world through the love of their parents, parents who are ready, willing, and able to give a child everything it needs to prosper as a human being?

Sad to say, the majority of children brought into this world are NOT PLANNED, and NOT WANTED! AND THE MAJORITY OF PARENTS DO NOT HAVE IT TO BE PARENTS!

Think I'm wrong?

Think of all the children who live their lives in various forms of poverty! In Los Angeles many only have their state funded free lunch for their food and go to be hungry.
Think of all the children who are abused...
In extreme cases taken from their parents and go on to live in a series of abusive foster homes.

If the only children born into this world were wanted and raised in love, there would be no OVERPOPULATION PROBLEM!

Now that some Gay people will have the legal right to marry, let's look at what's really behind this.
Insurance. Large companies such as Disney have already been giving unmarried domestic partners medical insurance. Gay people rush to work for a Disney because they can live together - or pretend to - and give someone else very valuable, generally costly out of the pocket, medical insurance. Now that gay marriage is LEGAL, domestic partner rights will diminish. Legal marriage and sharing of all finances in this community property state will become the prerequisite for medical and other benefits that have always been based on LEGAL MARRIAGE....

Today's BIG YAHOO HEADLINE is about the Polygamists whose compound was discovered to be a BREEDING RANCH for children. Needless to say, you know what Sister here thinks of the whole thing. We're not for breeding indiscriminately under any circumstance in which people have choice, and we don't think much of these religions and cults that pretty much hold women to live lives BASED ON BIOLOGICAL ability to procreate. Mother's "love" isn't just about being "nice" to children. It's about meeting the needs of children too. And for girl children especially that includes being raised with a vision of possibility that goes beyond being wives and mothers, and especially not servile to a man (or many men) who take sexual rights with them to be their prerogative. So where should these 400 children go?

HOW ABOUT TO SOME PEOPLE WHO CAN GIVE THEM BETTER PROMISE OF A FUTURE that isn't convoluted by screwy parents! ... Especially not those females with the quasi-colonial modest outfits that hide the reality of what stands in our society as child molestation!

GAY MARRIAGE ? WHY ?

To me the only good reason for gay marriage is for wealth building, health insurance security, and well - all those other reasons people who would like to be divorced STAY MARRIED! All the reasons that two old people living on social security who would like to be married CAN'T GET MARRIED!

MARRIAGE IS an ECONOMIC UNION, just as THE FAMILY is - or should I say USED TO BE!

Sure people love, love is promoted as THE REASON to marry, very recently in history by the way!

HAS ANYONE EVER ASKED YOU ( A NEVER MARRIED PERSON) "HAVE YOU EVER BEEN IN LOVE?"

I don't know about YOU, but I can't believe the personal questions people feel free to ask someone they have just met - and in public yet. More than once, beginning when I made it to about 30, people - including a boss I worked for - took to expressing their suspicion of me by asking me "Have you ever been in love?"

I guess the assumption is that if you are not yet married you have never been in love. (After all if you love someone then maybe marriage is inevitable?)

THE OLDER YOU GET THE MORE SUSPICIOUS THEY GET!

What if you turn it around? The next time someone (a man perhaps) asks you "Why isn't a nice girl (woman to you man!) aren't married?" Perhaps you could say, "What's a nice boy like you doing married?!"
